Who we are?

OOYOE! Funding is a lending source focused on small creditworthy businesses who want to borrow from investors in the U.S. Our partners is a family office that makes unsecured investments in both public and private companies. Our model relies heavily on a company’s trailing twelve month revenues, (as well as forward twelve-month) while not on their assets, or positive free cash flow. We do not ask for equity, warrants, shares, convertibility in any of our transactions. We cover all out of pocket expenses and typically close transactions within 3-5 business days
